- Step 1: Log in to your Registration Resource Center using your badge number and last name. You can find your badge number under the QR code in your confirmation email.

Step 2: Once logged in, you’ll see the page below. Click 'Upgrade My Registration' to proceed.

Step 3: Click ‘Upgrade’ on the next page. This won’t automatically add any experiences to your badge—it will take you to the checkout page, where you can apply your promo code and select any additional experiences you’d like to join in Orlando!

Step 4: If you have a promo code, enter it into the box and click ‘Add Promotional Code.’ Your Pet Summit discount should now appear below.

Step 5: Click ‘The Pet Summit All-Access Pass’ to add this experience, then hit Continue to complete checkout.
