What is the process for move-in and booth setup?
Exhibitor Move-Out Dates
Exhibitor Move-Out takes place on Friday, March 28, 2025 and Saturday, March 29, 2025. Friday move-out hours are 3 pm to 9 pm. Saturday move-out hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm. Please also keep the following deadlines in mind:
- Friday, March 28: Starting at 4:30, GES will return empty crates, boxes and containers
- Saturday, March 29: Carriers MUST be checked in by 10 am
- Saturday, March 29: All exhibitor materials MUST be removed by 4:30 pm
Protect Your Property
The process of breaking down a trade show can be chaotic. To protect against theft, do not leave your booth unattended while you are waiting for your empty containers to be returned.
Product Donation
Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando is the approved vendor of choice for product donation at Global Pet Expo. The Pet Alliance will be collecting local donations at the conclusion of the show. Volunteers in branded Pet Alliance of Orlando shirts and wristbands are permitted to pick up donations in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors can also bring products to the back of North Hall A (in back of the New Products Showcase) on Friday March, 28th at the close of the show.
